It's a movie about a fat girl. After she met a handsome guy, and fell in love with him, she decided to lose weight and become pretty. About for a year or two years, she just disappeared.
During that period, she exercised a lot, went on extreme diet, and went under plastic surgery.
After like two years, she became soooo pretty! Also, she's been pretty good at singing.
So, she went to that guy, who works as a manager of a singer. Then, the guy, of course, did not realize that this girl was the same girl he met two years ago, decided to choose her as his new singer. Then, she became really famous as a singer, and she and the guy fall in love each other.
However, after few months, she asks herself "who is Hanna (her name)? I feel like I lost myself. Only her father could recognize her, while even her best friend could not recognize her. And when her father recognized her while she was singing on the stage, she pretended not to know him, because her father was psychologically-ill, and she did not want people to know that fact. Also, reminding how badly the guy acted when she was not pretty, she decided to explode all the truth about herself. And, crying, she announce to everyone that she was that fat Hanna.
Everyone got shocked, and there were, of course, some anti-fans, calling her "pig!!!" However, finally, after acknowledging her true self, she regained happy life.
This movie got really popular all around the world, as well as in Korea, the home country. And the production company is under making the second version of this movie.
